Ikenga x Design International

We had a unique evening with Design International with London Office Director, Hearan Kim, holding a presentation and a tour of the practice for the February 2024 edition of Ikenga Mixers.

In 1959 British-Canadian architects Brian Cranfield and Colin Stephens set the company's foundations and Design International was born. The company builds experiences where people work, live, shop, dine, learn, and entertain themselves. They create breathing spaces that bring local values to life and bond people together.

With over 10 million sqm of built architecture in over 60 years of history, they are driven by innovation and believe in a holistic design approach, integrated by in-depth data analysis, AI, coding, parametric design, collaborations with sociologists, environmentalists, and several other researchers that come from related fields.
